“And when they saw Our Punishment they said: 'We now believe in none but Allah. We deny those we used to associate with Him.' But their professing the Faith when they (actually) saw Our Punishment was not going to profit them. (Such has been) God's way of dealing with His servants (From the most ancient times). And even thus did the rejecters of God perish (utterly)!”

Surah Ghafir, 40, Ayat: 84-85.

“Hearken to your Lord before that day arrives which none can defer against the will of Allah. For on that day there shall be no refuge for you, nor shall you be able to deny (your sins).”

Surah Ash-Shurah, 42, Ayat: 47.

“Are they waiting but for the Hour of Doom to overtake them unawares? It portents have already come. But how will they be warned when it overtake them?”

Surah Muhammad, 47, Ayat: 1

In the name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful.

“Are they waiting for the angels or your Lord Himself to come down to them, or for a sign of His to be given them? On the day when such a sign is given them, faith shall not avail the soul which had no faith before or while believing, did no good works. Say: 'Wait if you will, we too are waiting.'”

Surah Al-An'am, 6, Ayat: I58.

“We led the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his legions pursued them with wickedness and tyranny. But as he was drowning he cried: 'Now I believe that there is no god save the God in whom the Children of lsrael believe. To Him I give up myself.' (Allah said): 'Now (you believe)! But before this you disobeyed and were a wrongdoer. We shall save you in your body this day, so that you may become a sign to all posterity: for most men give no heed to Our signs.'”

Surah Yunus, 10, Ayat: 90-92.

“Until when death comes to a wrongdoer, he will say: 'Lord, let me go back, _ that I may do good works in the world I have left behind.' Never! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day of Resurrection.”

Surah Al-Mu'minun, 23, Ayat: 99-100.

“Therefore set your face in devotion to the true faith before that day arrives, which none may put out against the will of Allah. On that day mankind will be sundered. Those who disbelieve will answer for their unbelief, while the righteous will make ready their blissful home.”

Surah Ar-Rum, 30, Ayat: 43-44.

“They ask: 'When will this judgement come, if what you say be true?' Say: 'On the Day of Judgement no profit will be to unbelievers if they (then) believe! nor will they be granted respite.'”

Surah As-Sajdah, 32. Ayat: 28-29.
