Is there a relationship between masturbation and menses?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds and peace be upon the most honorable Messenger.

My beloved ones, I want to deliver my message and regret badly, is there anyone who can answer my question and give a solution to my problem?

I feel that the matter is beyond my capacity, but the problem is: I have got a strong desire to masturbate directly before my period. It is important to say that my period is not regular and when I do that I feel severe regret because I memorize the whole volume of the Qur'an and I exert my efforts in worship, such as: Fasting, staying up at night for worship, and loving goodness, however this worries me a lot. It is worth mentioning that I only masturbate before my period, is there any relationship between masturbation and my period? I am 27 and I have not married yet, but I feel that the action is forbidden as if I commit adultery. When I masturbate, I recall some Ayahs and Hadiths to stop myself but it does not happen, what should I do? I do not want to disobey Allah and I seek Allah's Forgiveness for my sin and my weakness, what is the solution?
