31- O Children of Adam, put on your best clothes at every circumambulation or Salah and do not be like the disbelievers who circumambulate the Ka`bah naked. It was reported in the authentic Hadith which was reported by At-Tirmidhy and others: }Wear white clothes, for they are the best of your clothes...}

It was reported that some of them used not to eat fatty foods during Hajj and only ate little food, thereupon Allah said: Eat and drink of the lawful sustenance and do not transgress that by prohibiting the lawful or by extravagance; verily Allah does not love transgressors.

32- O Prophet, say to the polytheists who prohibited things that Allah made lawful: Who did prohibit the adornment [of clothes and decoration] which Allah created for His Servants? Who did prohibit the food and drinks which Allah made lawful? Say: They are created for the believers because of their dignity at Allah, however polytheists share them with the believers, they are solely for the believers on the Day of Recompense and no one of those who disbelieved and associated partners with Allah in worship would share it with them.

Thus, we explain these rulings for those who have sense to learn, contemplate, and take admonition.

33- O Prophet, say: Allah prohibited immoral and deniable actions whether they are apparent or hidden as well as all actions that entail sins. Moreover, He prohibited transgression against people without right or associating partners with Allah in worship, or attributing lies against Allah, or prohibiting things and ascribe them to Allah while they are lawful or vice-versa while you do not know.

34- There is a fixed period for every generation, and when that time comes, it is not delayed or advanced, so let the heedless nations beware, and the coming generation should wake up.

35- O people, I sent to you Messengers from among you to inform you of My rulings and explain to you My Commands, so whoever believes in their message, does not show stubbornness, and does righteous deeds, there will be no fear for them when the people fear on the Day of Reckoning, and they shall not feel sad for what they missed in this world because Allah had replaced it with a better reward.

36- Those who belie the Ayahs and signs which we revealed and refuse to believe in them out of haughtiness, mockery, and stubbornness shall be in Hell, abiding their forever as a retribution for their belying and haughtiness.

37- There is no one more oppressing than those who intentionally attribute lies against Allah or belie Allah in all that He revealed in His Books. Such people shall take their full share of sustenance and their fixed time in life although they oppress and belie Allah. However, when their time comes and angels come to take out their souls, they shall say: Where are the gods which you used to worship and whom you claimed provided you help? Call them to save you from the torment of Allah.

They shall say: They had gone and we do not know where they are, and we no more seek their help. They shall confess against themselves that they were wrong and they had worshipped idols that were not worthy of worship because they were not gods in the first place.

38- Allah shall say to them on the Day of Recompense: Enter Hell-Fire with people like you from Jinn and humans. Whenever a nation enters Hell, it curses and prays against its counterpart, moreover leaders shall curse their followers because they were a cause in increasing their torment, and the followers shall curse their leaders because they were the reason for their straying and torment.

When they meet all in Hell, the last nation (the followers) will say to the first nation (the leaders): O Lord, those people called us to error and turned us away from guidance, so double their punishment of fire.

Allah (Glory be to Him) shall say: The leaders and the followers shall have the double torment, but you do not know the punishment of each group. As for the leaders, the cause of their punishment is they had been misguided and misled others, but as for the followers, the cause of their punishment is they were in error and imitation.

39- When the leaders heard the speech of their followers, they said: You have been misguided as we were and you disbelieved as we did, so we are equal in punishment. Then they shall say angrily and mockingly: So, taste the torment as a retribution for your aberrance.

40- Indeed, those who denied Our Clear Ayahs (signs and revelation) and Our Just Rulings, turned away from following them, and despised them, their actions shall not be accepted, the gates of Paradise shall not be opened to receive their souls, and they shall not enter Paradise on the Day of Recompense until a camel enters in a needle's hole, which is impossible. Thus is the retribution of the disbelieving criminals.
