Have it crossed your mind to recognize the meaning of the Prophet's Hadith (removing of harmful things from the pathway is a charity)?

Did the Prophet (peace be upon him) mean that we should remove harms off the road by purifying and cleaning the pathways of filth only or he (peace be upon him) meant other things? He said about himself (I was given Jawami` Al-Kalim (the most concise expressions carrying the most eloquent meanings))

The Prophet (peace be upon him) meant to remove any harm off the road whether it is tangible such as filth or moral such as actions which take place in the streets and cause harm to the by passers whether they are bad words or actions which are not acceptable to common sense and the public taste.

Has it come the time for us Muslims, who were commanded to obey the instructions of the generous Prophet, to follow the command of the Prophet? The Lord (Glory be to Him) says: "And obey Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad peace be upon him)" [Surat Al Ma'idah: 92]. If we apply this Ayah, our life will be fine and comfortable, may Allah guide us to the right path. Educators in our society have long drawn our attention to this Hadith and referred to it, but the response has been little, but you may say: rare. Rarely we see a child applies this great saying practically because he does not see much care of his parents; if they do not forbid them to do the opposite. So, you see a child directs away his interest totally or partially of that matter, it is worth mentioning that children incline to imitate the elders in their behaviors and actions.
