Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds [i.e., people] and peace be upon the most honorable Messenger, upon his family, his Companions, and the Followers.

These are selected Hadiths from the daily Adhkar taken from the authentic Sunnah. I only attributed these Hadiths to Sahih Al Bukhari and Sahih Muslim or one of them, and attributed other Hadiths to one source of the six books of the Sunnah along with its degree in terms of authenticity and goodness, so keep to them in all your conditions: staying and traveling, health and sickness, and when you go in and go out. Indeed, those who keep to them shall enter a secure fort and the last of our call is praise be to Allah the Lord of all the Worlds.

Adhkar (invocations and Remembrances said at certain times on a regular basis) of the morning and the evening:

1- "Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta. Khalaqtani wa ana `Abduka, wa ana `ala `ahdika wa wa`dika mastata`tu. A`udhu bika min Sharri ma sana`tu, abu'u Laka bini`matika `alaiya, wa Abu'u bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta." The Prophet (peace be upon him) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise." [Reported by Al Bukhari].

2-  When any of you wakes up, he should say: "Allahumma Bika Asbahna, Wa Bika Amsayna, Wa Bika Nahya, Wa Bika Namutu, Wa Ilaikan-nushur (O Allah! With Your Power we have come to the morning, with Your Power we come to the evening, with Your Power we live, and we die, and to You will we return).'' In the evening he would say: "Allahumma Bika Amsayna, Wa Bika Nahya, Wa Bika Namutu, Wa Ilaikan-nushur (O Allah! With Your Power, we have come to the evening, by You do we live, by You do we die, and to You is the return).'' [At-Tirmidhy].

3- "We wake up (or in the evening) on the disposition of Islam, the word of sincerity, the religion of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and on the religion of Abraham who was a Muslim servant and he was not from the polytheists." [authentic, reported by Imam Ahmad].

4- "Allahumma Inny As'aluka Al `Afwa wal `Afiyah fi Diny wa Dunyaya wa Ahly wa maly. Allahumma ustur `Awraty wa Amin Raw`aty. Allahumma Ihfazhny min Bayni Yadayya wa min khalfy wa`an Yaminy wa`an Shimaly, wa min fawqy, wa A`udhu Bi`azhamatika An Aghtala min Tahty." [O Allah, I ask you for well-being in this world and the Next. O Allah, I ask you for forgiveness and well-being in my deen and in this world and in my family and my property. O Allah, veil my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, give me protection in front of me and behind me, on my right and my left and above me. I seek refuge by Your might from being overwhelmed from under me].'" [Authentic, reported by Abu Dawud].

5- "Allahumma `Afiny fi Badany, Allahumma `Afiny fi Sam`y, Allahumma `Afiny fi Basary, La Ilah illa Ant." O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, make me healthy in my hearing. O Allah, make me healthy in my sight. There is no god but You." [Three times].

"Allahumma Inny A`udhu bika mina Al Kufri wal Faqr. Allahumma Inny A`udhu bika min `Adhabil Qabr, La Ilaha Illa Ant." [O Allah! I seek refuge in You from infidelity and poverty. O Allah! I seek refuge in Thee from punishment in the grave. There is no god but You]. [Three times, good, reported by Ahmad].

6- "Asbahna Wa Asbah (amsayna Wamsa) Al Amulkulillah, Wal Hamdulilah. La Ilah Ila Allahu Wahdahu La Sharika Lah. Lahul Mulk Walahu Al Hamdu Wahuwa `Ala Kulli Shay'in Qadir. Rabbi As'aluka Khayra Ma Fi Hadha Al Yawmi (Al Laylah) wa khayri Ma Ba`dah. Wa`udhu Bika Min Sharri Ma Fi Hadha Al Yawm (Al Laylah) Wa Sharri Ma Ba`dah. Rabbi A`udhu Bika Mina Al Kasal Wasu'il kibar. Rabbiy A`udh Bika Man `Adhabin Fin-Nar wa`adhabin Fil Qabr" [We have entered upon morning (evening) and so, too, the whole Kingdom of Allah has entered upon morning (evening). Praise is due to Allah. There is no god but Allah, the One having no partner with Him. He is the Sovereign and to Him is praise due and He is Potent over everything. My Lord, I beg You for the good that lies in this day (night) and good that follows it and I seek refuge in You from the evil that lies in this day (night) and from the evil of that which follows it. O My Lord, I seek refuge in You from sloth, from the evil of vanity. O My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the Hell-Fire and from the torment of the grave." [Reported by Muslim].

The Lord of all things and their Master. I seek refuge with You from the evil of Satan and its encouragement to associate and that I bring evil on myself or bring it on another Muslim.] [Authentic, reported by At-Tirmidhy].

8- "Raditu Billahi Rabban Wabl-Islami Dinan wa Bimuhammadin Salla Allahu `Aliyhi wasallam Nabiyyan" [I am satisfied with Allah as my Lord, with Muhammad as a Messenger and with Islam as (my) religion, his sins would be forgiven] whoever says these words in the morning and in the evening, it is obligatory on Allah to please Him]. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursî extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great." [Surat Al Baqarah: 255].
