Opposition in Egypt

Praise be to Allah Almighty, we praise Him and seek His Help and Forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and our evil deeds. Whom Allah guides there is no one can mislead and whomever He misleads there is no one can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone who has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger.

Each country has a ruler and each ruler has allies and oppositions, but should oppositions be open without control: For just opposition, for posts, or for applying the outside dictations ?! 

This is what I am talking about; I was stunned by what is so-called opposition which mocks at others' ideas and making them look like fools. Is this the kind of opposition we want or it is just fighting for posts and money?

The true opposition is made to construct not to demolish, to fix not to break, to advise not to insult; all it cares for should be the interests of the country and its development. The true oppositions should not seek fame, money, or even praise as it is happening now from those who call themselves opponents since the Jan. 25th Revolution until now.

This real meaning of opposition has been achieved in many non-Muslim countries because they adopt many of the teachings of Islam.

For instance, look at France after the election of "Francois Hollande," the opposition did not stand in his face although he had chosen the entire government from his party so that he could achieve his electoral program because they adopt the same thoughts and share the same vision. However, the opposition did not object and none has tried to distort his vision or hinder his projects just because they disagree with him in the vision or thoughts or in order to seize power as it is happening in Egypt.

In Egypt, everyone wants to be a president, everyone wants to apply his own vision, everyone wants people to admire him and clap hands for him. They oppose for just opposition and to block the way of development regardless the interests of the Egypt; and the result is quiet known to everybody: We have not moved a span since the presidential election until now, but rather we are retreating and retarding.  

As soon as an official takes a decision, you find writers start writing articles about the defects and negatives of that decision, and start to insult, distort, and defame without the slightest consideration to the consequences of this decision or its results.

Egypt's opposition wants the demolition of the state, and the distortion and the depletion of the Islamic project during the current presidential session to convince the public that Islamists have failed to run the country and there is no place for them in the world of politics, thus Islam is not fit to rule.

We want a constructive opposition that condemns real errors, forgives, rectifies, and encourages the right.
