The economic challenge which face Muslims today

Islamic countries are rich in mineral, water, and agricultural resources. Therefore, circles of injustice and aggression have shown their teeth to loot these fortunes, especially oil because it is the lifeblood of technological evolution and modern mechanism.

The Muslim world possesses 70% of world oil reserve, whereas the United States of America owns only 6% which could run out within nine years. As for the reserve of Western Europe, it is less than 3%, and Japan is an oil import country.

The goal of the West a long time ago has been seizing oil and neutralizing it in conflicts. If we go back to statistics and international data concerning oil, we will know that the objective of the enemies of Islam is to seize this blessing from the possession of Muslims, starving Muslims out and causing them to beg for food. [1]

Indeed, that happened, especially the American blockade on Iraq during its aggression in 1990.

So, economic war which is waged by disbelievers against our Muslim world is considered one of the hardest wars that affect humanity because it targets its living and health. International statistics denoted that thousands of Iraqis died due to the economic blockade set against them, in addition to the medical blockade which continued for more than ten years.

There is another goal which the colonial circles seek which is protecting the Western economy and making the economies of Muslim countries mortgaged by the Western economy until Muslims' resources reach the Western costumers in low prices and that requires full control over Muslim natural wealth.[2]

It is a conspiracy after another to eliminate Islam and Muslims, but Allah (may He be Glorified and Exalted) is the one who has guarded the religion of this nation and prepared for them the reasons of prosperous living. Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "Allâh is the Walî (Protector or Guardian) of those who believe. He brings them out from darkness into light."[3]
