Unemployment is the scourge of the modern era, the Islamic and Arab peoples suffer more than other peoples of the world, considered a sign of danger that must be alerted and addressed, unemployment is the presence of more manpower and labor than Available job opportunities. This situation reaches the stage of danger in some Arab countries, where economic theories say that the rate of inertia of 15% of the able and researched labor means the existence of an economic crisis, and the existence of an opportunity for unrest social and instability.

Islamic View: This book is presented to us by one of the economists and experts, and presents it to us with a new taste, as it gives us Islamic thought and the Islamic view of such a topic, How to deal with it The Islamic treatment of the economic conditions of bad, from which no society is spared, and if conditions are improved at a time when they are worsening at other times. In his introduction, the author argues that the subject of the research is an economic and socio-economic subject in which factors that is difficult to separate from each other and is difficult to study together.

The scientific rooting in the Islamic economy is still in its infancy, and what exists is just good judgments and attempts, but it has not brought us to the desired legitimate scientific and economic rooting. However, I have researched, studied and analyzed as hard as I can, and I hope and i am driven by the desire to research and discover a vision of the attitude of the Islamic economy to unemployment, employment and architecture.

Types of unemployment: After the author explains the causes of unemployment, we find him exposed to the types of unemployment, and divide it into five types, is forced, Compulsory, optional, devotional, deflationary and recent unemployment He called it frictional unemployment.

I will address every type of unemployment from an Islamic perspective

Compulsory unemployment, where there is no choice for a person, applies to those who are not proficient in a profession or whose profession is not needed. Here, the author says: The sharia intervenes and asks the guardian to arrange a means of professionalism and work for these unemployed people, by giving them what they are professional, such as giving the person land to be cultivated, or to teach a new profession.

Optional, devotional unemployment, Islam fights and prevents it, and even prevents zakat and assistance from the unemployed of their choice, so as not to encourage them to continue.

As for deflationary or frictional unemployment, which is where those who want to work are more than the job opportunities available, the author says here the rich have to intervene to open up jobs and not to hoard money, God These funds are put into the pond if used and invested.

Chapters of the book: The author presents his new economic research in three chapters, making the first chapter of unemployment and dividing it into three investigations on the concept of unemployment in the positive concept, and from the Islamic perspective, treatment Islamic and Islamic thought towards it. The second chapter made him for employment, and he holds the same previous job detectives. The third chapter concerns the author of the subject of architecture, and the same detective of the previous chapters. Architecture at the early Muslims: The author presents many successful ideas and is saturated with the Islamic spirit, and takes them from events that occurred in the early days of Islam, and mentions the keenness of all to provide work The generous and the opportunity to distribute wealth and not monopolize it.
