109- They prostrate in humbleness and in gratitude to the promise of Allah, crying out of fear of Him. The recitation of the Qur'an increases their faith, submission, knowledge, and certainty.

110- O Messenger, tell them: Call Allah by His names or by the Most Merciful, there is no difference, for He has the beautiful names and the Most Merciful is one of His Names.

Do not raise your voice while reciting the Qur'an in Salah and not to decrease it, but seek a moderate tone.

Al Bukhari, Muslim, and others –with the wordings of Muslim- on the authority of Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about this Ayah: He said: It was revealed while the Prophet (peace be upon him) was calling secretly to Allah in Makkah. So, when he offered Salah, he would raise his voice with the Qur'an, and when polytheists heard the Qur'an, they insulted the Qur'an and who sent it down. Therefore, Allah (Glory be to Him) said to His Prophet: "And do not raise your voice with the Qur'an" so that the polytheists would not hear your recitation "and do not decrease it" so that your Companions would not hear it. However, make them hear the Qur'an and do not raise your voice with it and see a moderate tone.

111- Say: Praise, glory and gratitude be to Allah for His Oneness, having no child, having no partner, and having no aid or helper, for He is cherisher, great, and powerful. Glorify and praise Him with His Beautiful Names and High Attributes.
