Natural drives for humans and civilization

There are keys for civilization that ensure its power and success, of these Keys are scientific genius and material and moral advancement.

Moreover, civilizations need human objectives to enable science and moral instruments to build a civilized person who constructs and builds the glories of civilization.

The connection between righteous work and pure intention, good manners, and cultural creativity leads to a successful life and comprehensive renaissance in which man lives happy, enjoying good life, and liberating from selfishness and vanity.

Faith spreads security and safety in all aspects of life, so whoever is truthful in his faith, obeys his Creator, and do righteously will move with the guidance of his Lord and be firm on the right and goodness.

Thus, he shall not be affected by vanities or is attracted by the wrongful cultural manifestations. Truthful faith should return to our societies so that we could be safe against cultural disturbance which shake our start toward cultural action and real happiness.

Nations do not achieve their goals while their natural disposition is deviated from the truth, isolated from the positive affection and the interactive influence which build the universe perfectly; sleeping and lazy, and have lack of confidence in themselves.

The power of confidence grants its people patience on hardships and reinforces their sound thinking. Civilizations have no power, pride, and human dignity if their people do not have a strong relationship with their Creator (Glory be to Him) because their life and death need His Mercy and Bounty, so how they wrong themselves and use their powers for destruction and corruption?

Civilizations cannot be straight and firm without a natural disposition that loves the truth and seeks goodness. Success is not achieved without motives for start, movement, and actions , without a dreaming, rejoicing, and optimistic entity in the middle of adversities, clear and renewed ambition, and a spirit that innovates and regenerates with the meanings, values, and manners they have.

Divine instructions revive the spiritual strength in man and civilization. When the natural disposition moves to seek religion, science, knowledge, and regeneration, it needs wide perception, search and quest, searching for the realities of matters, and trusting that the Divine system behaves well with human nature, treating its ailments in the state of sickness, and grant it positivity and comfort: "Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allâh ? Islâmic Monotheism), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allâh: verily, in the remembrance of Allâh do hearts find rest." [Surat Ar-Ra`d: 28].

Allah (may He be Glorified and Exalted) provided the natural disposition with characteristics enable them to build on the ground with spirit full of positivity.

If natural disposition commits a mistake, it repents, believes, reforms, and holds firm with Allah. "And whoever holds firmly to Allâh, (i.e. follows Islâm - Allâh's Religion, and practically obeys all that Allâh has ordered), then he is indeed guided to a Right Path." [Surat Al `Imran: 101].

Moreover, natural disposition generates good qualities and the serious anticipations that lead to glory and civilization and the way to achieve these anticipation is that a man cares for his body, mind, heart, thought, present, and future to become powerful and able to build a civilization, do his duties, liberate from weakness and laziness, and be sincere in all his actions. The will of a sincere person shall not relent and cannot be defeated by challenges. The most powerful effects in the life of humans and in civilization is that a person respects himself, does not humiliate it, or ignores it.

There are other factors that build the human soul and civilization, such as: manhood, truthfulness, loving goodness for the people, doing good, giving each one what he deserves, and providing aid for an oppressed person; and all these are sumed up in the power of faith and the truthfulness of actions. Many civilizations were characterized by material luxury, but they were not characterized by reason and will, so, they collapsed and ended.

We need that faith to be profound in our hearts to build deservedly and take new situations more serious in the face of the troubles and pains of life and its future challenges, and to tear up the false screens that prevent us from going toward civilization and building a new historical glory that gives us a balanced vision for the universe and life to building it with a content self, a good mentality, and optimistic spirit in the middle of adversities and challenges.

The Islamic civilization is characterized by seeking to form a complete divine character to include the doctrinal, the moral, the creative, the mental, and health aspects.

The enemies of this civilization have exerted great efforts to drive man away from his natural disposition and mission.

However, the Muslim character has made events, affected in history, and attracted the those who are dazzled by the giving of this civilization, authenticity, and validity for every time and place.

The civilization of the Qur'an is outlined by belief, knowledge, and work.  When the natural dispositions as well as the civilizations —which are characterized by emptiness, barbarism, oppression, pornography, and atheism— go back to their senses, they will not hesitate to convey the message of this divine civilization which makes a person believes in the Hereafter and accordingly he will reform his world and religion and shall be of the successful.
