ICNA Announces Muslim Family Day 2012

JAMAICA, New York – The Islamic Circle of North America issued a press release today announcing the official launch of Muslim Family Day 2012, to be held at Six Flags Theme Parks nationwide.

“With the holy month of Ramadan right around the corner, ICNA has announced dates and locations for Muslim Family Day, which will be held in celebration of Eid Al-Fitr across the United States.

Over the past ten years, Muslim Family Day has become an incredibly popular event amongst the Muslim community, with nearly 50,000 people attending the event at venues across the country.

The event was first held in 2000 at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, and has since expanded to numerous locations. This year Muslim Family Day will be held in the following cities:

• Los Angeles, CA (August 25).

• San Francisco, CA (August 25).

• Boston/Springfield, MA (August 25).

• Albany, NY (September 1).

• Chicago, IL (September 1).

• Atlanta, GA (September 1).

• Darien Lake, NY (September 1).

• Washington, DC (September 15).

• Jackson, NJ (September 17).
