After five-years-siege and a failure war, the deal of the Palestinian prisoners dissipates the illusion.

The Islamic resistance movement (Hamas), the resistance detachments, and all Palestinians have the right to be glad and take the day of freeing one thousand Palestinian captives a celebration and a victory; how great that victory and celebration!

As Arabs and Muslims, we have the right to rejoice at them and hope to liberate the land and the sacred sites soon by the will of Allah (Glory be to Him).

We have the right to rejoice after the enemies had tried to plant despair in our hearts and made us think that the time of victories has gone and never come back, and that the first and the last word is in the hand of the tyrannical force!

It is their right and our to rejoice: Once for liberating the prisoners and another time for the low potentials of the resistance, which is still capable of forcing the Zionist enemy to pay the price which hundreds of negotiation rounds cannot achieve, not even freeing one prisoner.

Brother Isma`il Haniyah did not exaggerate when he denoted in the end of his word which he had given in the celebration of the prisoners swap that the negotiation process is considered a lesson in how to negotiate successfully and how to draw a new picture for the coming negotiation.

Many people made a bet, even the Arabs, that the paper of Gilad Shalit is no longer valuable in the hand of Hamas and it has become a worthless card, especially when Israel waged its unfair war against Gaza in 2008/2009 but did not succeed in liberating him and ignored him for a long time as if he does not exist.

Therefore, they appealed to Hamas to agree the swap of any number of prisoners, hence there was the biggest challenge which faced (Hamas) after it owned that card which was to well-manage that card in freeing the largest possible number of prisoners, especially the female captives.

Hamas has succeeded, by the will of Allah, in the test. After five years of blockade, starvation, and aggressive war —its first target was to liberate Shalit—, the resistance succeeded in breaking down the will of the Zionist enemy and forced it to execute its conditions, which made it helpless before the resistance.

Gaza is not large and does not have mountains, valleys, and hills, therefore it is a strategic field for the resistance so as to succeed in hiding a captive for five years although the unbalanced powers of both sides: Israel which has intelligence, spying capabilities, and modern technologies and Hamas which owns nothing.

Therefore, the concealment of Gilad Shalit for five years was a miracle by which the nation should boast, as Khalid Mash`al the president of the political bureau of Hamas asserted.

Indeed, Allah (Glory be to Him) turned the spies away from the resistance until they succeeded in hiding Shalit. This concealment was a heroical work that should be added to their brave actions.

Indeed, Shalit operation was a heroical work in its beginning as well as its end.

In the beginning, three wings of armed resistance could organize a combined operation to attack suddenly an immune Zionist site under the name of "Dissipation of illusion," killing two Israeli soldiers and capturing the third.

They transferred him quickly to the depth of Gaza Strip and escaped the Israeli fighters which surrounded the place through a tunnel which the resistance already prepared and which connected the enemy site with the heart of the Strip.

The operation was also heroic at the end where it succeeded in liberating 1720 captives which is an unprecedented number in any prisoner swap operations with the Zionist entity.

Shalit deal dissipated the illusion and taught a lesson to all the people. It was a lesson for the resistance to be firm and be sure of the correct way which they chose for themselves; it is the way of martyrs and heroes.

It was also a lesson for the negotiators who were contented with the minimum and did not reap throughout ten years of disgraceful negotiations but humiliation and disgrace, negotiation is only made by the pressure cards a person owns.

It is another lesson for Egypt and the Arabs that the Zionist enemy does not know but the language of power and does not respect but the powerful.

I can say, with deep sorrow, that many Arabs and Muslims did not know about that large number of Palestinians who are locked in the prisons of the Zionist occupation but after this deal.

One of the youth said to me: If Hamas succeeded in liberating 1000 captives, how many prisoners in the Zionist prisons?!

Some of us forgot about our brothers and sisters who sacrificed their lives, comfort, and security for the Palestinian Cause, however we do not know anything about them but after the completion of swap deal.

We have to raise the awareness of our peoples with the Palestinian Cause, our Sacred Sites, our martyrs, our captivates, and our suffering families which live under the siege and starvation.

If we are deprived of sharing them Jihad, the less we can do is to invoke Allah for them.

We ask Allah sincerely to grant them the victory which He promised for His believing servants. "And say: When will that be? Say: Perhaps it is near!" [Surat Al Isra': 51].
