Marriage and the comfort of life

Woman has got down to business under the claim of freedom, equality with men, and under the claim of scientific equivalence. They thought they have got rid of the alleged servitude that men have put over their necks; have they done well when they did that? It is a controversial issue.

Do people feel comfort about what is happening in the world today? Are not souls uncomfortable? What happened to them? Do not people feel that a nightmare over-shaded them while they are unable to remove it? What caused all these? Will it come the day when people can wake up for a while?

Mr. Muhammad `Abdul-`Aziz As-Sadr said in his book "The art of marriage":

"Women went out to real life, stunned with realities and facts, and loved to live in the middle of these facts. As a result to the depression that inflicted people, people searched for joys in many fields, consequently indulged into different desires and lusts and people came out of houses which was the beginning of family destruction."

In the past, people were happy and family centered in one house for the whole family. A man used to go out every day early to work and comes back at night. A woman used to remain in the house to fulfill her continuous housework and children used to share that life. Therefore, there was a shared responsibility for the parents as well as the whole family members who lived in intimacy and mercy.

Many restaurants and hotels have spread in the west which led to the destruction of the house entity; We do not know whether these restaurants invaded the east or the east will preserve his identity?!

In the West, women went out to business, befriended men, went to restaurants for lunch and dinner, and went to hotels for sleep; thereby the house was destroyed.

To sum up:

It is better to bring marriage back to light and people should declare it publicly so that people can see its reality to reform their conditions and maintain the family bonds that are almost lost. Indeed, people became bored of living in ignorance about marriage and marriage affairs.
