Days pass and customs overwhelm us until our life becomes full of customs. We may become weary and get bored which reflect on our worship, customs, actions, and transactions.

To avoid this, I call you and myself to make a different day for ourselves in the week or in the month according to these thirty steps in the following program:

* If you go to the masjid riding, go on foot.

* If you pray in a near masjid, go to the furthest.

* If you pray Nawafil with obligatory ones in the masjid, disagree your custom and offer them at home.

* If you recite the Qur'an individually, assemble your family and recite in a group; each one recites one or two Ayahs.

* If you listen to a certain reciter, listen to someone else.

* If you read books and desire a certain type of sciences and arts, read a type that you did not get used to read.

* Change the way you are taking to your work, and if you are capable of going to work on foot, do it.

* Use the ladders instead of elevators.

* Change the market from which you buy.

* If you eat alone, assemble your family and eat together.

* Change the type of food.

* If your accustomed to eat meat whether the white or the red, be vegetarian today.

* Eat two meals instead of three.

* Try to give up some habits such as coffee, tea, and juices.

* If you sit half an hour with your family, sit with them one hour.

* Turn off your mobile and receive phone calls on land line.

* If it is one of your customs to read alone, share it with family members today.

* If are possessed by seriousness and strictness, ease it today, smile, laugh, and listen to the jokes of your family members.

* If daily speech is about hot topics, make it today about regular news.

* You may sit at home when you come back from work, but today try to go out to visit a friend.

* If you are possessed by despair and frustration, remove your concerns, fresh up, and say: Today I am a new person.

* If you like to visit garden, today try to visit another new garden.

* You may like to visit museums, today try to visit a factor, a store, or a farm.

* Perhaps, you like to go to the beach, today try to go to a valley or a mountain.

* If you like to watch a certain channel, try to watch another.

* If you follow-up a certain newspaper, try to read another.

* If you like to listen to a certain radio station, today try to listen to another one.

* If you prefer a certain color in your clothes, today try something different.

* Advance and delay the times of your sleep and wake up.

* Try to think in matter thay you used not to think about before.
