All praise is due to Allah, the lord of the worlds, and may Allah exalt the mention of his prophet, who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, and may he render him, his household and companions safe from every evil may Allah All mighty send peace and blessing upon last prophets and messenger Muhammad know that:                                   أن المرأة مظلومة ، ممتهنة ،

To begin  with allegation that Women are oppressed , inferior, and unequal, these first words that come to mind when thinking about women in Islam. Is it true ? what are the rights of women?

This brochure presents the actual teachings of Islam regarding the rights of women, with a special focus on gender justice in Islam.

Actually , Islam sees woman , whether  single or married ,as  an individual in her own right ,with  the right to own  and dispose of her  property and earnings without any                                                                                 guardianship  over her (whether that be her father ,husband ,or anyone else).

Islam has empowered women  she has the right to buy  and sell, give  gifts and charity  ,and may spend her money  as she pleases also a marriage dowry is given by the groom in order  to the bride for her  own personal use ,and she keeps her own   family name rather  than taking her husband’s[1].

At the length, we deduce that Islam dealt with woman as honored human being, therefore women are not commodity or toy for amusement  but they are  real partners to men.
