O callers of fornication, fear Allah

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The first sermon

Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "Verily, those who like that (the crime of) illegal sexual intercourse should be propagated among those who believe, they will have a painful torment in this world and in the Hereafter. And Allâh knows and you know not." [Surat An-Nur: 19]. Short time ago, a foundation claims to defend human rights and teach freedom and democracy to the Moroccans called to what so-called sexual freedom. They claimed that anyone reaches 18 years old is responsible for his body and he or she has the right to act as he or she likes concerning his or her body; he or she may manipulate with it as they like and grant it to whom they like. Accordingly, they see no harm if a woman commits fornication outside marriage as long as it is done by their consent. They claimed that there is a right for humans that is called "the right of possessing one's own body;" that is an individual right that should be maintained. They claim that religion and law cannot prevent that and there is no right for the community to forbid that. They demanded the omission of chapter 490 of the criminal law which states that every sexual relationship between man and woman without being married is considered a corruption crime and the doer is sentenced by one month to one year. For them, it is not enough the violation of general manners and shyness in streets through the different types of decoration and make up which hurt the feelings of jealous people, spreading porno pics, sites, and satellite channels until they declared a fierce war against the customs of the Moroccans who are religious by nature and love Islamic morals. On the other hand, a play is viewed in different Moroccan cities bearing a porno title and its events are absurd, speaking about women's vagina and using slang language in description besides sexual hints and expressions without paying attention to the traditions and customs of the Moroccans. We were hoping for a clean art that promotes peoples' morals to purify the society from corruptions, immune it from vices, and treat its daily issues which express its concerns and the major issues which concern Muslims in general. Have not you known that we have about 80.000 children are born outside marriage every year, most of them are subject to secret abortion. The number of bastard children reached one million during the last ten years, 23.000 of them in one city, and large number of them were found dead in garbage or inside plastic bags? Have not you known that the number of single mothers reached 27.200 in 2009 which is the double number of 2008, 61% of them are younger than 26 years old and 32% are younger than 20 years old who beget 135 children everyday? Is this the true Western civilization which fascinated you and you wanted to plant it in our Muslim country? One million bastard children are not enough for you? One billion women are calling: Save us from fornication; are not they enough? 

It was reported in the Book of Allah the prohibition of approaching fornication in many positions to show its great danger. Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "Come not near to Al-Fawâhish (shameful sins, illegal sexual intercourse) whether committed openly or secretly." [Surat Al An`am: 151].

Allah (Exalted be He) says: "Say (O Muhammad peace be upon him): "(But) the things that my Lord has indeed forbidden are Al-Fawâhish (great evil sins, and every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse) whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds), unrighteous oppression, joining partners (in worship) with Allâh for which He has given no authority, and saying things about Allâh of which you have no knowledge."" [Surat Al A`raf: 33].

Allah (may He be Exalted) says concerning homosexuality: "And (remember) Lût (Lot), when he said to his people: "Do you commit the worst sin such as none preceding you has committed in the 'Alamîn (mankind and jinn)? *Verily, you practice your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds (by committing great sins)." [Surat Al A`raf: 80- 81].

They consider adultery a pressing need which barriers should be lift before it but they did not know that our Shari`ah stressed that need but regulated the way of disposing that sexual desire and set the legal rules for it so that life is not turned to mindless animal life that produces foundlings and fill streets with vices and sins. Allah (Glory be to Him) made obscenity one of the delights of life which a Muslim is afflicted with to test his faith and patience. Allah set the best example in the story of Joseph (yusuf) (Peace be upon him) whom was given half of beauty. The wife of Al `Aziz fell in his love and prepared herself for him and closed the gates so that no one would see them, moreover she threatened him with prison if he refuses to meet her need. "And now if he refuses to obey my order, he shall certainly be cast into prison, and will be one of those who are disgraced." [Surat Yusuf: 32]. Did Yusuf give up and submit to her wishes or said: I own my body and I have the right to do whatever I want with it? Or he remembered the punishment of Allah and recalled the bad effects of fornication?! "He said: O my Lord! Prison is dearer to me than that to which they invite me." [Surat Yusuf: 33].

 The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His." among them is: "a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illegal sexual intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah." [Reported by Al Bukhari and Muslim].

It is a transient whim and a one-time fornication that makes its doer regret then is followed by boredom. Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "Beautified for men is the love of things they covet; women, children, much of gold and silver (wealth), branded beautiful horses, cattle and well-tilled land. This is the pleasure of the present world's life; but Allâh has the excellent return (Paradise with flowing rivers) with Him." [Surat Al `Imran: 14].

Allah (Exalted be He) says: "Allâh wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts, wish that you (believers) should deviate tremendously away (from the Right Path)." [Surat An-Nisa': 27].

 Al Hafizh ibn `Asakir mentioned in his history book that a young man used to worship Allah in the masjid then a woman called him to have fornication with her. She tempted him until he was about to enter her house then he mentioned Allah's Saying: "Verily, those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious), when an evil thought comes to them from Shaitân (Satan), they remember (Allâh), and (indeed) they then see (aright)." [Surat Al A`raf: 202]. when he recalled this Ayah, he fainted.

The Second Sermon

The source of most corruptions is looking at forbidden things and releasing eyesight to people' faults. Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts). That is purer for them. Verily, Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what they do. * And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.)" [Surat An-Nur: 30 - 31]. Sa`id Ibn Abu Al Hasan said to Al Hasan: "Non-Arab females expose their breasts and heads. He said: Turn away your sight. Allah(Exalted be He) says:

"Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts)." Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about the sudden look, thereupon he said: "Turn away your sight." [Reported by Muslim].
