Forbiddance of mentioning Allah or speaking during relieving oneself

It is reprehensible to mention Allah or speak during relieving oneself whether a person is relieving himself in urbanized area or not except the necessary speech. Some scholars said: If a person sneezes, he should not mention Allah, should not great a sneezer, answer salutation, repeat the Adhan. Speech in all these cases is reprehensible but not forbidden, so if he sneezes and praises Allah by heart without moving his lips, there is no harm.

A man passed by the Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was urinating then he (the man) saluted him, but the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not salute him back. [Reported by Imam Muslim in his Sahih]

Al Muhajir ibn Qunfudh (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was urinating. He saluted him. the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not return the salutation to me until he performed ablution. He then apologized to me, saying: I disliked remembering Allah except in the state of purification
