Surat Al Isra' (107-108)

{قُلْ آمِنُواْ بِهِ أَوْ لاَ تُؤْمِنُواْ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهِ إِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلأَذْقَانِ سُجَّداً} (الإسراء: 107)

107- Tell those disbelievers: Believe or not in the Qur'an, that will not cancel the fact that it was revealed from Allah. You belief in it does not increase its perfection and your disbelief will not decrease its perfection. Scholars who are well-acquainted of divine books knew the marks of prophethood and when the Qur'an is recited to them, they prostrate in veneration to the commands of Allah and in gratitude to the knowledge of the truth given to them.

{وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِن كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولاً} (الإسراء: 108)

108- They say: Glorified be Allah to break His Promise which He has given to His Previous Prophets in terms of sending that illiterate prophet, and His Promise is true.
