Dictionary of love:

How beautiful to read in the book of Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) and the Sunnah of His Prophet (peace be upon him), to read poetry, stories, and funny situations of scholars and wise people. It is good to read books that enlighten thinking and increase knowledge. Why do not you have a special dictionary for marital life to include chapters about nice moments, happy days, love, intimacy, and special words which have great effect in relationship.

Some husbands miss some words in intimate sessions, so why do not they record them in a dictionary that is connected by happy moments? Our Prophet (peace be upon him) said to our mother `A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her): I am to you as Abu Zar`ah was to Um Zar`ah, nevertheless Abu Zar`ah divorced Um Zar`ah and I do not divorce women[1].

The scale of love:

Allah (may He be Exalted) says: "And it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know." [Surat Al Baqarah: 216].

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "A believer must not hate (his wife) believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics he will be pleased with another."[2]

Let it be known that there is no honorable living in the world except for those who are satisfied by little. So, whenever you show keenness to articles of luxury and superfluous items, your concern increases, your contentment decreases, your thought disperses, your heart gets bored, sleep does not approach your eyes, and fatigue deserts your body.

Not everything a person wishes for he gets, but the world is just like an hour for you and an hour against you; and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was truthful when he said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (trouble) his neighbor. And I advise you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you should try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so I urge you to take care of the women."[3]
