All Praise be to Allah, the First who has nothing before Him and the Last who has nothing after Him, and the High who has nothing above Him and the Hidden who has nothing below Him. I praise Him (Glory be to Him) who is Able over everything, who knows the bad consequences of the living and the dead, and nothing fails Him or is hidden from Him. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, the one true god. Also, I bear witness that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His Servant and Messenger who was sent nearly before the establishment of the Hour with the truth as a bearer of good news, a warner, and a caller to Allah by His Leave and a illuminating light. May Allah send peace and blessings on his family and his Companions who preceded others with goodness and who had guaranteed Paradise by their righteous actions.

O people, fear Allah and fear the day on which you shall return to Allah. Take lessons from the alternation of night and day, for they are times for actions, limits for lifetimes, and schedules for death. They create all new things, draw nearer every remote thing, and bring about every promise as they are stores for actions.

O people, few days ago you were getting ready to the advent of Ramadan, and today you are about to see it off as you did before with many months then you shall leave to the One and the Only, and each one of you shall get his reward or retribution. We only count your actions whether good or bad then you shall be reckoned, so whoever finds goodness should praise Allah and whoever finds something else should only blame himself.

O servants of Allah, end your month bearing in mind three things: First, to end it while perfecting your deeds as much as you can, for actions are recorded according to their ends. So, end your month approaching Allah, desiring Him, and fearing your bad consequences and negligence, and do not end it with boredom, inability, and laziness. "Allâh knows those of you who slip away under shelter (of some excuse without taking the permission to leave, from the Messenger peace be upon him). And let those who oppose the Messenger's (Muhammad peace be upon him) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah - legal ways- orders, acts of worship, statements, etc.) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant) should befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them."[1]

Second: Laylat-ul-Qadr (the Night of Decree) may come at the end of the month because you do not know for sure its time and you do not have a revelation to know its exact time.

Third, in the last night of Ramadan Allah (Glory be to Him) sets free some people of Hell as He does in the first ten days, and you do not know for sure who among you shall be released of Hell-Fire.

O group of Muslims, no matter how many efforts you exerted in your month, you need your Lord to accept your actions or overlook your faults and negligence and to double your reward despite your weakness and little effort. End up your month and the acts of worship with frequent mention of Allah and forgiveness for they perfect work and make up for negligence, moreover they bring about the mercy and forgiveness of the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Observe patience for Allah loves the patient, and fear Allah for He accepts the actions of the pious. Perfect your actions for Allah loves those who perfect their actions and does not waste their reward. Fear Allah and rely on Him if you are true believers, and do not busy yourselves with money and children, for the one who does so shall be of the losers. Do not feel secure, for those who feel secure of Allah are the losers, and do not get despair of Allah's Mercy, for none gets despair of Allah's Forgiveness and Mercy except disbelievers.
