In hajj there is a great economic significance

Worship in Islam is an important aspect of religion, which in fact carries many meanings, and good morals, which benefit the Muslim individually and collectively.

The hajj is one of the basic pillars of Islam, as hajj is an inclusive conference of all Muslims, a season of worship and a season of commerce, in which souls and souls are liquidated and goods and goods are promoted.

The objectives of hajj are great, including compliance with the orders of Allah almighty, the liquidation of souls from sins, the chastening of spirits from the Impurities, and the cleansing of hearts from hatred, an opportunity to exchange economic and social benefits. And humanity, its reward is paradise.

Allah almighty said: " Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Makkah - blessed and a guidance for the worlds. [Al Imran: 96]. The Holy Father showed that the Haram House in Mecca was the first house laid for the people and the most honourable house made for worship, a guide to the worlds.

Then the Almighty said, " And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way ".

Allah ordered his servants to take the religious and worldly provisions, and he said And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is fear of Allah .

The scholars said in the verse a confirmed invitation to provide for the travel of worship and livelihood, and to provisions food, drink, vessel and money, and to provide for the travel of the afterlife, and Fear Allah Almighty.

The verse is evidence of the sin of those who did not accompany the provisions in travel with the ability to do so, so that interests and purposes are achieved.

Allah saying: " That they may witness benefits for themselves “[Hajj: 28],  a statement of the wisdom of the hajj.

The refore, the scholars said: The benefits that those who come to the House of Allah are many and varied, people's chances vary from them. There are spiritual benefits, overflowing from the majesty of the place and its splendor and blessing, and there are commercial material benefits, and there are Afterlife benefits, Al-Nassfi said in his interpretation: the pilgrim, if he enters desert (badia), He has nothing but his equipment, and he only eats from his food, so if a person comes out of life and dies, he will only benefit from what he offered in his worldly life to his hereafter, and he has no companion but his work.

Hajj is an Islamic conference to solve the economic problems of Muslims, where millions of Muslims from all over the world, including economists, come to the holy places. It will be good opportunity to hold conferences, symposium and seminars to discuss The Islamic World's economic problems, in order to achieve the desired economic integration and coordination among the countries of the Muslim world.

Hajj is a call for the promotion of the Islamic economy, because hajj is a required to goods and services to perform the ritual of Hajj. He expense his money on commuting, buying food, drinks and clothes, buying sacrifice and cost of accommodation.

Hajj is a call for the application of the Islamic economy, because hajj is a call to clean up transactions between people from the sinners and the ones who are cursed by usury, monopoly, fraud, ignorance, and eating of people's money by falsehood.

Especially since trade, work and livelihood on the days of Hajj are permissible in the text of the Holy Qur'an, as the Holy Qur'an says: "There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord" [Al-Baqrah: 198].

The scholars said that the suspicion was in the trade of hajj in some ways, including: That Allah has forbidden controversy, and in trade is an argument, and that trade was forbidden at the time of hajj in the religion of the people of the period before islam.

.

Al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, said in his tafsir: When God Almighty commanded that the pilgrimage , there is [to be for him] no sexual relations and no disobedience and no disputing, it was permissible in trade, and it is from the grace of Allah.

In the previous verse (Al-Baqrah/198) is a reference to the fact that what the pilgrim wants from the virtue of Allah, which helps him to do his right, and in which there is a share of Muslims or power to the dissonance, is Mahmoud, and what he asks to keep his luck or for what he has a share. himself, is a maal.

Therefore, the permissibility of buying, selling and renting was revealed in Hajj, Allah called it, Glory be to Him, from His grace, so that the one who practiced it would feel that he desires from the grace of Allah, while he is trading, and when he works with reward, and when he requests the reasons for sustenance, he does not provide himself and his work, he asks for the grace of Allah, and Allah Almighty gives him.

Once he settles in the heart of the pilgrim, he feels that he wants the virtue of Allah, and that he gets this credit when he gains, and when he gets his livelihood from the reasons he takes to gain, then he is in a state of worship to God, which is not incompatible. With the worship of hajj, in the direction of Allah Almighty.

The merchant must abide by the ethics of trade in Islam, especially this is an imposition on him in these feelings and attitudes, and let him know that Bring a livelihood and the monopolist are cursed, and let him know that he has the reward of Allah Almighty, where The pilgrims are close to what they need, and make it under their hearing and sight, and in this it contributes to eliminating the need of Muslims, and God will end his need.

If the pilgrim takes these lofty meanings in his trade in hajj, he is within hopefully to be with those whom God blesses and those who are fearless and who are not sad.

Finally:

The hajj season is an opportunity for acquaintance, consultation, solidarity and sympathy, coordination of plans, unity of powers, and exchange of benefits, knowledge and experiences.
