He was  the Jurisprudance and fundamentalist sheik Muhammad ibn `Ayish ibn `Abdul-`Al ibn Hasan ibn Shubayr Al Khan Younusy. He  was born in Khan Younis city in Palestine in 1354AH and studied in its schools. He complete the  Azhar secondary school then he moved to Saudi Arabia and worked there as a teacher. During that period, he had  studied at and graduated from the Islamic University in Medina. He joined the Higher Judicial Institute  and got his M.A. and PHD in the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence [The four foundations of Islamic jurisprudence]. He studied at the hand of the Grand Muslim Scholars in Saudi Arabia such as  sheik `Abdul-`Aziz ibn Baz (may Allah bestow mercy on his soul). He  (may Allah bestow mercy on his soul) died in his hometown in Palestine in 1425AH after he had written many books such as: The family and building of the society, economic system in Islam, and  jurisprudence of worship as a review of the first part of a book entitled : (Tanwir Al Maqalah Fy Hal Alfazh Ar-Risalah) by Ibn Abu Zayd Al Qayrawany , and  Islam declares war against highwaymen.
