KFH Wins ‘Best Islamic Bank In The World’ Award

KUWAIT CITY - Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and two of the Group banks won three awards from CPI Financial Institution for the year 2014. KFH has been awarded Best Islamic Bank in the World, KFH-Bahrain and KFH Malaysia won Best Investment Bank in the Middle East and Asia respectively. The awards aim at recognizing the outstanding performance and spurring the growth of Islamic finance industry.

General Manager Kuwait Treasury at KFH, Abdulwahab Al-Roshood, stated on receiving the awards at the award ceremony held recently in Dubai, that recognizing KFH in such prestigious forums is a testimony of its success and excellence in performance in the Islamic banking, especially that KFH is a pioneer in the Islamic finance and it consolidated its role in this significant field by offering the world alternative financing choice.

He indicated that KFH spares no effort to maintain its leading position as the best and largest Islamic bank, noting that KFH has won several awards in many fields it operates in, not to mention the positive credit ratings from international rating agencies.

Moreover, he added that by receiving these awards, KFH group banks in Malaysia and Bahrain affirmed the integration in performance and the high coordination among group banks within the set goals and strategies.
