I do not have accurate statistics for the unemployment rate in the country, but certainly those who dream of an opportunity prefer to work in the (public sector), and you can note the number of people who apply for governmental jobs in compare to private sector.

Simply, the reason for refraining from working in the private sector is the desire of the private sector which requires a worker or an employee to turn into superman. A person should have many qualifications in computer and language, and prefer those who speak a second language, have a college degree, finished military service, and his age should not exceed...etc.

After passing the interview, and when an employer decides to hire a worker, he has to know everything and to undertake the assigned works even if they do not lie under his purview. He should also bear the pressure of work, otherwise, he had to face dismissal and firing.

Although an employer of private sector demands workers to be smart and understands quickly in terms of the executive works, he prefers stupid workers in terms of important and sensitive matters to kill any ambition for an employee to compete with or disobey him, then the employee will feel insecure as Robert Green said: "Do not shine more than a king. You have to be cautious; but rather very careful against boasting of your achievements, and ascribe every good idea, and every successful project" to your manager, and say to him: This is what you have suggested to me, what is your opinion?! This is if you want to stay in the job".

Green himself mentioned a similar story if your boss feels insecure about your abilities and your creativity under the title of: Do not shine more than a king.

Work in private sector turned into a nightmare, especially for university graduates. For example, a person will not only work as an accountant but also should act as a secretary, a correspondent, and perhaps an office boy at the same salary!

In short, the private sector turns an employee to a Joker who plays any role well, but he may be dispensable at any moment!
