E-cultural gathering of 12 academics and

intellectual to discuss the distribution of scientific materials

Alukah Network www.alukah.net hosted on 21 June, 2010 a group of Saudi academics, notable people, and those who are interested in cultural affairs. They discussed how to publish the diverse scientific materials that serve culture, help researchers, introduce thinkers and authors, and care for young writers. During the meeting, a presentation about the 13 websites of the Network was viewed.


A brief about the efforts, continuous competitions, vision, mission, strategic goals, and the services that the Network presents to researchers since its first launching was viewed.


The suggestions of the attendants about the development of the Network were listened attentively. The attendants expressed their admiration for "Alukah" and its scientific efforts on the Web to serve the authentic culture in all branches.


This introductory meeting was attended by: His Highness Dr. Rashid Al kuthiry, Major-Dr. Sa`d Al `Arify, Dr. Hassan ibn Ahmed An-Na`my, Dr. Khalid Al `Ijimy, Dr. Sa`d ibn Matar Al Outayby, Sheikh Ibrahim Huqil, Sheikh `Abdul-`Aziz Al `Abdullatif, Judge Muhammad Al Jarullah, the two supervisors of the Network: Dr. Sa`d ibn `Abdullah Al Humayd, Dr. Khalid ibn `Abdur-Rahman Al Jeraisy, Chief Editor Mr. Muhammad Salim ibn Ali Jaber, and Managing Editor Mr. Anas Muhammad Khayr Yusuf.
