The actions we are witnessing today around the world in general and the revolutions that take place in our Islamic and Arab nation are tremendous. Those revolutions are endeavoring to show the truth and establish justice, refusing firmly oppression and aggression. Therefore, the solid Islamic system must explain basic frameworks to protect these revolutions in some countries from the plots and schemes of the ignorant who flaunt and the stupid who accuse these revolutions of being the output of the West or they have been done by a western support as if they are living on another planet.

These basics and fundamentals are as follows:

First, "O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm." [Surat Muhammad: 7].

Affirming relationship with Allah (Glory be to Him) and confirming faith in Him "Verily, Allah will help those who help His (Cause)." [Surat Al Hajj: 40].

Second, "And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Quran), and be not divided among yourselves." [Surat Al `Imran: 103].

The obligation of unifying the word and gathering all the forces and not to differ by any mean, especially in these times. Moreover, the obligation of keeping away from disputes in execution to Allah's Command: "and do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength depart." [Surat Al Anfal: 46].

Third, the first plot of the biased people is to spread their poisonous rumors in the worst circumstances, and here, there is no way to confront these rumors but through firm faith in Allah (Glory be to Him): "Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them. But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us). * So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allah. No harm touched them." [Surat Al `Imran: 173 - 174].

Fourth, persistent endeavoring despite all these circumstances to push working sectors forward to double production, urging scientific researches to continue, and standing firmly in the face of all challenges that confront our Muslim nation. Furthermore, working hard to real preparation and exerting all efforts in execution to Allah's Command: "And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly." [Surat Al Anfal: 60].

Fifth, purifying the hearts from malice and enmity along with adopting the proper means, preserving unity, continuous preparation, and follow-up production in some working fields, and to ask for Allah's Piety: "Verily, Allâh accepts only from those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious)." [Surat Al Ma'idah: 27].

Sixth, preserving religious buildings and establishing the bases of national unity and protecting masjids and churches, recalling into mind Allah's Saying: "Those who have been expelled from their homes unjustly only because they said: Our Lord is Allah. - For had it not been that Allah checks one set of people by means of another, monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, wherein the Name of Allah is mentioned much would surely have been pulled down. Verily, Allah will help those who help His (Cause). Truly, Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty." [Surat Al Hajj: 40].

Seventh, the real abiding by the commandments of the Prophet (peace be upon him) regarding Dhimmis (Non-Muslims living in and under the protection of a Muslim state) and Mu`ahad (non-Muslim in a temporary covenant with Muslims): "Beware, if anyone wrongs a contracting man, or diminishes his right, or forces him to work beyond his capacity, or takes from him anything without his consent, I shall plead for him on the Day of Judgment."

Moral guidance for maintaining national unity and the rights of the people of the Scriptures.

It was a great situation when Shaykh-ul-Islam, Ibn Taymiyah, asked the leader of the Tatars to return the captives, but he said: Only Muslim captive. Ibn Taymiyah did not accept that and said: "I shall not leave until all Jewish and Christian captives come with me." Thereupon, the leader of Tatars accepted and released all Muslim and non-Muslim captives.

Truly, real maintaining of national unity is part of Allah's security, safety, tranquility, and stability.
