Sheikh `Abdul-`Aziz ibn Nasir ibn `Abdul-`Aziz ibn Rashid was born in the city of Ar-Ras in Al Qasim in 1333AH. He memorized  the entire volume of the Qur'an in traditional School then started to seek knowledge at the hand of Ar-Ras' scholars then departed to Riyadh for seeking knowledge then departed to Makkah where he studied at the hand of the Sacred Masjid's scholars. He was appointed as a teacher in the Saudi institute in Makkah, and he was a good caller to Allah and used to guide and teach the people in the Sacred Masjid He  assumed the judgment of Azh-Zhafir, Turbah, and Hawtat Banu Tamim, then he was appointed as a teacher in the academic institute in  Riyadh, then a manager to girls' schools in Riyadh for several months then he was appointed as the head of the Court of Cassation board of the eastern and middle region. In  1405 AH, he was retired. A s for his writings, he wrote  several researches about the rulings of inheritance, At-Tanbihat As-Sunniyyah `Ala Al `Aqidah Al Wasitiyyah, Al Qawl Al Asany, and  Ifadat As-Sa'il Fy Aham Al Fatawa Wal Masa'il.

S heikh `Abdul-`Aziz ibn Rashid died in the month of Rabi` Al Awwal of 1408 AH.
