Allah Almighty holds reckoning of His slaves on that day and provide their reward completely without reducing from it; not even an atom’s weight. Allah Almighty said:

﴿ وَنَضَعُ الْمَوَازِينَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَلَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْئًا ۖ وَإِن كَانَ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ أَتَيْنَا بِهَا ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِنَا حَاسِبِينَ ﴾

“And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.” [Al Anbiya: 47]

The Almighty said:

﴿ الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ ۚ  لَا ظُلْمَ الْيَوْمَ ۚ  إِنَّ اللَّـهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ﴾ _{[غافر: ١٧]}،  

﴿ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَا يَظْلِمُ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ ۖ   ﴾

“Indeed, Allah does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom's weight; while if there is a good deed, He multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward.” [Al Nisa: 40]

The Almighty said:

﴿ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلًا ﴾  

“And injustice is not done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].” [Al Nisa: 49]

The Almighty said:

﴿ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ نَقِيرًا ﴾

﴿ فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ * وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ ﴾

“So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it. And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.” [Al Zalzala: 7-8] 

The texts that prove this are many in number

It is for you to picture Al Zarra: it is dust in the sun rays if they enter through the windows. Al Fateel is the thread that is at the edge of the window. Naqra is the small drop that is visible in the water. The measure of all of these will not be lost on that day, so what about what is more than that?
