Adhkar recited upon waking up

1- Al Hamdu lillahil-ladhi Ahyana Ba`da Ma Amatana Wa-ilayhin-Nushur.

"All praise be to Allah who gave us life after taken it from us and unto Him we shall go for resurrection."

2- The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever awakes at night and then says:

La Ilaha Illal-lahu Wahdahu La Sharika Lah, Lahul-Mulku Walahul-Hamd, Wahuwa `Ala Kulli Shay'in Qadir, Subhanallah, Wal Hamdulillah, Wa La Ilaha Illal-lah Wallahu Akbar, Wa La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billahil-`Aliyyil `Azhim.

"None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone without associate, to Him belongs sovereignty and praise and He is over all things wholly capable. How perfect Allah is, and all praise due to Allah, and none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, Allah is the greatest and there is no power nor might except with Allah, The Most High, The Supreme.

…and then supplicates:

Rabbigh-fir li

"O my Lord forgive me."

…will be forgiven’

A -Walid said: “or he the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "and then asks: He will be answered if he then performs ablution and offers Salah, his Salah will be accepted."

3- Al Hamdulillahil-ladhi `Afani fi Jasadi Waradda `Alayya Ruhi Wa-Adhina li Bidhikrih.

"All praise be to Allah who restored to me my health and returned my soul and has allowed me to remember Him."
