I do not know what made me talk about the system and its application in the communities in one of my classrooms. I had an extensive talk, unlike my habit, and I think if there is no reason to raise such topic, it was important to raise it because we see the system in all aspects of life and we always see a breach to the system and marginalization to its applications in various areas of life?

Any nation that wants to look at the level of its advancement and progress should consider its respect to the system.

The nature of the insurgency against the system can be found in the East and the Arabs are more than others, though it has been treated and applied by the will of Allah, however, its paces are still slow and slower in some environments.

When the speech was on edge about the reasons of lacking order and indifference, a student raised his hand politely and respectfully which made me feel that he is organized in his life from his way of asking.

He said to me while feeling bitterness in his tone: Sir, you have said the truth and touched the wound, but the application of the system in a rebel environment is very difficult.

I said to him: Why?

He answered with an example from the heart of reality; he said:

"When the break ring is fired, I stand in the queue waiting for my turn while hunger is tearing my stomach apart. However, I find some students from the right and the left rushing to the cafeteria to buy some stuff. It is surprising that their needs are fulfilled while I am waiting for my turn and my head is boiling out of hunger. When I reach the vendor, I find that all food and stuff have run out! Do you want me, after all, to follow the rules in order to lose my best interests and rights? Or to rebel against the system as others to guarantee my rights undiminished?

I said to him: You reminded me of the story of an honest employee who was religious, did not want to be mean, refused to take the ill-gotten money or hinder work in order to take a bribe or fulfill an urgent interest; his conscience and his fear of Allah were the causes of his troubles in his job.

The student asked: How is that, sir?

I said: The place where he lived and gained his money was full of treason, negligence of trust, and purchasing of conscience. He was watching the employees around him violating the system and mangers and lofty people were disregard these actions because if they had spoken, they would have exposed themselves first. The people under their responsibility did not break the law but after their managers' permission. That employee was living a fierce battle and a psychological conflict between his conscience which said to him: "No" for the unlawful money, "No" for wasting of Rights, "No" for the lowliness of soul, and between self-desire and bitter reality which he sees every day and night. Some questions are raised within himself: Why am I the only "organized" person? Why am I the only one "who does not take bribery"? Why am I the only one "who is drawing attention"? Is it because of my conscience I feel miserable? Is it because of my honesty and integrity I am hated by everyone?!

Thus, the conflict intensified in himself until he was able to overcome his self-rebellion, could suppress himself and establish his feet on firm ground concerns, and protected himself against the worldly temptations but he has won something better which is the comfort of the conscience. There is nothing greater than satisfying human conscience and keep away from any fuse that ignites the fire.

The student said: Sir, why is not the law applied strictly on those people, so people are deterred?

I said: This is hopefully to happen, but if there is a breach in the law and the system, the souls shall not be empty of vigilance and sense of remorse, and the emptiness of the law shall not be filled until the emptiness of the souls are filled.

The student said: You are correct, sir.
