`Abdullah ibn `Abbas said: "Once I came riding a she-ass and had (just) attained the age of puberty. Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) was offering Salah at Mina. There was no wall in front of him and I passed in front of some of the row while they were offering their prayers. There I let the she-ass loose to graze and entered the row, and nobody objected to it."[1]

- A young boy may hear religious knowledge then narrate it when he grows up.

- Passing in front of a praying person does not interrupt Salah because the partition of the imam is a partition also for the praying person.

- When a Companion does something before the Messenger (peace be upon him) and the Prophet (peace be upon him) approves it, it will be a religious ruling.

- The permissibility of going to Salah riding an animal, and the validity of children's ablution and Salah.

- Parents should train their children for Salah and going to masjids until they become accustomed to Salah and love it when they grow up.

- Scholars differed regarding the person who offers Salah without taking a partition, and this Hadith supports the view of those who permit it[2].

- Tolerating some corruptions for the sake of a benefit because passing in front of a praying person is a corruption but starting Salah and standing in the line are likely benefits, so corruption was tolerated for the sake of a benefit with denial[3].

- The Companions' care of young children, Salah, and attending congregational Salah.

- Despite the passing of sometime to that story, Ibn `Abbas could narrate it in details and that proves his good memory and his care to report the full image as happened to the people around him which indicates his scientific authenticity.

- Due to the keenness of that Companion to catch Salah, he did not pay attention to the tying of his she-ass or even keeping it away from the row, but his most interest was to catch the congregational Salah.
